Return Policy
Unused yarn may be returned within 90 days for store credit only.
No returns are accepted on needles, patterns, sale yarn or special orders.
Shipping Policy
All online orders are processed and filled by our in-store staff, and we do our best to respond to every order as soon as we receive it (or the following business day, depending on the time you place your order).
If any of the items in your order are not in stock, or will take longer to process (such as some hand-dyed yarns which are often special ordered) we will be in touch with you promptly.
